Mike's Blog

Hatteras Financial, a newly created real estate investment trust (REIT) managed by Atlantic Capital Advisors, recently announced the terms for its planned IPO. According to an amended SEC filing, the Winston Salem, NC-based Company plans to offer 8 million shares at a range of $24-$26, and it plans to use the proceeds from the offering to invest in adjustable-rate single-family.
